Careers Guidance for Schools and Trusts

We work in partnership with schools, colleges, trusts and alternative provisions to deliver high-quality, independent careers guidance that supports student progression, raises aspirations and helps education providers meet statutory requirements.
Our work is underpinned by a trauma-informed approach, recognising that many young people may have experienced barriers, disrupted education, anxiety, adverse experiences or low confidence. We create supportive, relationship-based environments where students feel safe, respected and able to engage positively with future planning.
