Working with Vikki was a turning point in my career. I began my journey as an apprentice electrician with Darke & Taylor, where I worked hard and progressed quickly, but I always had a bigger ambition — to work in Formula 1.
Working with Vikki was a turning point in my career. I began my journey as an apprentice electrician with Darke & Taylor, where I worked hard and progressed quickly, but I always had a bigger ambition — to work in Formula 1. Breaking into the industry felt impossible at times, and after several rejections I started to doubt whether it would ever happen. Vikki supported me throughout the entire process. She helped me refine my CV, prepare for interviews, and understand how to present my skills with confidence. More importantly, she kept me motivated when setbacks hit hardest. Her encouragement, guidance, and belief in my potential made all the difference. Today, in my mid-twenties, I’m living my dream as part of the Williams F1 team. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support that helped me get here. Vikki didn’t just help me secure a job — she helped me build a future I once thought was out of reach.
Things are so much clearer after conversations with Siân. I've got a short-term action plan and a new sense of control over the longer term. We discussed how to make a hybrid career work with family obligations, identified particular skills I have, and how freelancers can get the word out

Rachel recently interviewed my son to assist him with his post 16 choices. She made him feel at ease and was very understanding with her answers . She seemed very knowledgeable about the best opportunities for my son based on his strengths and weaknesses from his mocks.

At the end of the interview she showed my son a few websites for him to look at regarding apprenticeships and A level courses which he has used to research his post 16 options. My son now seems to have a more clear plan after meeting Rachel and I am very grateful.

I am the Link Trustee for Inclusion and before Christmas I met with a group of SEND students who were very positive about the support you provide for them. The students said you are prompt in responding to emails, that you check in with them informally when passing in the corridor etc and that you give them regular updates after meetings. They said that the information you give is in depth and that you bring thing to their attention that they hadn’t previously considered. One student said that your help with his CV was responsible for him gaining a work experience placement.
The students really value your expertise and support and I’d like to say thank you on behalf of the Board of Trustees for everything you are doing. You are both amazing!
