How We Support SEND Learners
Our team includes Level 6-qualified practitioners with experience working across a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning differences, social-emotional needs, and physical or sensory impairments. We tailor our approach to ensure every young person feels understood, valued, and supported.
Our SEND-focused Guidance Includes:

1:1 careers guidance sessions delivered at a pace that suits the young person -
Strength-based conversations that build confidence and self-awareness

Accessible action plans written with clarity, sensitivity, and attention to detail

Collaboration with families, SENCOs, and support staff where appropriate

Support with transitions, including post-16 and post-18 pathways

Exploration of realistic and aspirational next steps, including supported internships, apprenticeships, college courses, and employment options, or simply preparing for adulthood
