What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be:

Level 6 qualified in Career Guidance and Development

Skilled at building rapport

Strong in attention to detail, especially when writing action plans
-
Confident with time management
-
Honest, reliable, and professional
-
Experience supporting young people with SEMH and SEND
-
Ideally already on the DBS Update Service

Covered by the relevant professional insurance
