A Powerful Start to the New Term at Franklin Hammond Career Navigators

This term has begun with incredible momentum for Franklin Hammond Career Navigators. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with three new schools, expanding our reach and supporting even more young people with high‑quality, personalised careers guidance.

Our community careers work continues to grow, ensuring families and young people outside of school settings receive the support they need to make confident, informed decisions about their futures.

We’re also delighted to welcome two new freelance careers advisers to our team. Their experience and passion will help us meet rising demand and maintain the exceptional standard of guidance we’re known for.

Alongside this, Vikki has been working in Hampshire, delivering specialist careers support for SEND learners — a vital part of our mission to ensure every young person receives tailored, meaningful guidance.

It’s been a busy, exciting start to the term, and we’re proud of the impact already being made.
